So, what's new with Barkpass? A lot!

For starters, we recently surpassed $100,000 in total transactions on the Barkpass platform. Thank you all for helping Barkpass reach this milestone!

Here's a recap of what we've added to Barkpass since our last update in November:

We rolled out a new Advanced Search to help you find exactly what you're looking for in a hurry. This allows you to search by Tag Number, Email, Phone, and more. You can even search by Custom Fields you've created.

Advanced search

Along with this feature, we also added the ability to search for a specific pet and view a pet's details on a standalone view.

Learn more about you to use this new feature, and please give us feedback if there are improvements we could make!

Incident reports

Your organization might be interested in tracking incidents related to pets, like bites or stray pickups. We've added an Incident Reports feature to the Pet detail view so you can track the date and times of these incidents in Barkpass in addition to any relevant details.

"New Pet" condition

Some organizations may want to charge a different price based on whether a pet is "new" to the system (e.g. newly adopted, puppy, etc). We've added a "New Pet" price condition to allow you to do this in Barkpass.

You can apply this condition to any Price Level in your Pass settings.

This feature can be used to implement late fees.

Email notification settings

We added the ability to enable and disable certain email notifications related to Barkpass events, like an application being submitted or a pet's document expiring on a recurring membership.

You can visit your profile settings to enable or disable these notifications.

That's about it. Thanks for your interest in Barkpass!
